Comfortable stay with great dining options!

We enjoyed two nights here, relaxing in our spacious King Room with Sofa Bed. The hotel's location near local restaurants provided us with excellent dining choices. The staff was accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Pro tip, confirm late check-out in advance to avoid any mix-ups.

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for a concert and exploring the local food spots. Definitely recommend for group trips or events. Just a heads-up for future guests, double-check any late check-out confirmations to avoid any confusion.

We did have an issue with the communication regarding our late check-out. We confirmed it, but housekeeping still showed up early, which was a bit frustrating and could have been managed better.

The real deal or a total steal?

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, promptly fixing our fridge issue and even comping a night after losing power during a storm.

the stay was a dramatic disappointment. my room was noisy with footstep symphonies above me, while the wet carpet emanated a delightful aroma of mildew. i had hoped for an upgrade, but it's clear comfort isn't a priority here. the hot tub? hardly usable with no steps! i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

i had a great stay at the courtyard. the staff were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. our king room with sofa bed was comfy and quiet, making for a relaxing two nights. the hotel's location is very convenient, just off the freeway and near bush airport, with plenty of dining options nearby.
